for a special dinner featuring a range of their current releases in the context of some of their great Barolos from the past


aperitivo:

first course:
Piccione con Fagioli all’Ucelleto
roasted squab, cannellini bean ragu, rosemary oil
Oddero Barolo Villero 2004 & 2005

second course:
Cappellacci di Bue con Castagna
shortrib and smoked veal tongue ravioli, bresaola, chestnut brasato

Oddero Barolo Rocche di Castiglione 2004 & 2005 

third course:
Sella di Caprioli all’Espresso
venison, yellow turnip, hen of the woods mushrooms, venere black rice
Oddero Barolo Mondoca di Bussia Soprana 2004 & 2005

fourth course:
Formaggi
Oddero Barolo 1964 & 1967

The pricing for this dinner is $165/per person + tax and 20% gratuity. That price includes all food and wine for the event. 
Dinner to start at 7pm on Saturday, the 26th of February.
