If you have read what she has to say about wine and restaurants then you already know that she is smart and incisive, with a real grasp of who's doing what and why that's important. But maybe you'd like to know a little bit more about Talia and how she approaches her job as Wine Editor for Eater? I did, so I sat down and chatted with her in a recently released podcast interview about the if ands and whys of what she is up to.
